Where do you ship the HALBE frames?
We ship nationwide and internationally with DHL.
How long will it take to get my HALBE frames?
Shipping time is 2 weeks from the order date. We order the frames directly through HALBE Germany.
Is there a shipping fee for the HALBE frames?
Shipping is free on orders of 5 or more frames. For an order of 4 or less frames we charge for international shipping and customs.
Do I need to be present when DHL delivers my frames?
Yes, you do need to be present to accept delivery because DHL requires a signature.
Refunds and Replacements
What happens if I ordered the wrong frame?
We do not accept returns and do not refund any orders if they were delivered as confirmed by the client.

How do I get an estimate or place an order for a HALBE frame?
You can either contact us by phone or email, or fill out the "request an estimate" form. We will need to know profile size, profile type (wood or aluminum), frame type (classic frame or frame with spacers), color, glass type, and dimensions.
